Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mentors Connect mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by GREENBONDS GROWTH ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
Mentors Connect provides authorized mentors (including master mentors) with tools to view dashboards, manage traders, verify daily trading activity, review payouts, and export reports. Features may differ by role (mentor vs master mentor). The Service is not offered to traders or the general public.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use the Service as a mentor.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe credentials are compromised or the Service is misused.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the Service without authorization or impersonate another user
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate mentoring and operational workflows
- Share confidential trader or payout information outside authorized channels
4. Roles and data visibility
Master mentors may view trader data associated with other mentors as part of organizational mentoring, verification, and payout workflows. Mentors must use that access only for authorized business purposes.
5. Trading and financial disclaimer
Mentors Connect is an operations and reporting tool. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or guaranteed trading outcomes. Figures shown (including profits, losses, and payouts) depend on data supplied by connected systems and user inputs. You are responsible for verifying critical information before acting on it.
6. Verification and exports
Daily verification and PDF export features are provided to support your internal processes. You are responsible for ensuring verifications and exported reports are accurate and used only by authorized personnel.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and underlying software are owned by GREENBONDS GROWTH ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your organization’s mentoring operations while your account remains active.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, plus email delivery and device share sheets. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENBONDS GROWTH ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR INR 8,000 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify GREENBONDS GROWTH ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimer, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
